By collaborating with all 13 of these foundations, we help to strengthen all children’s hospitals – driving innovation, fuelling discovery, and empowering the dedicated teams who deliver treatment and care.
British Columbia
BC Children’s Hospital Foundation
BC Children’s is more than a hospital. It’s an acute care centre, rehabilitation and assessment centre, mental health service provider, and research institute—with experts working together to serve over 100,000 patients annually across BC and the Yukon. Whether it’s kidney failure, cancer, heart disease, or brain health, there are hundreds of health experts tirelessly delivering care and over 1,500 research community members working to solve the biggest questions remaining in child health. The generosity of donors fuels our ability to pursue novel discoveries, obtain state-of-the-art equipment, and prioritize the unique needs of kids in every aspect of their care.
Alberta
Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation
The Alberta Children’s Hospital provides nation-leading care to children and youth across Alberta, southeastern British Columbia and southwestern Saskatchewan. Thanks to generous community support, the hospital is the Pediatric Blood and Marrow Transplant Centre for Alberta and the largest program of its kind in western Canada. It also excels in helping children with brain-related disorders and is home to nationally and internationally recognized clinical researchers focused on advancing child health for families around the world.

Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation
The Stollery Children’s Hospital is the most specialized children’s hospital in Western Canada, serving the largest geographic area of any children’s hospital in North America. It’s also the hub for pediatric cardiac care surgery in Western Canada and a national leader in solid organ transplants. Your donations make it possible for the Stollery to offer the best programs, equipment, research and training to help kids live longer, healthier lives.
Saskatchewan
Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation
The foundation supports Saskatchewan’s only dedicated world class, maternal and pediatric hospital enhancing maternal and pediatric equipment, research, technology and care for generations to come. Manitoba
Children’s Hospital Foundation of Manitoba
HSC Children’s Hospital in Manitoba runs the only specialized pediatric emergency department in the province and is working with child health researchers at Children’s Hospital Research Institute of Manitoba - the first of its kind facility in the prairies - to expand mental health services for children from all communities. Upwards of 50 % of kids treated are Indigenous. Donor support helps kids receive the critical care they need in healing environments, with healthcare excellence from research tailored to their unique needs.

Children’s Health Foundation (London)
The foundation supports specialized paediatric care, including Ontario’s first Paediatric Neonatal Transport Team and cutting-edge care, rehabilitation and research for children in Southwestern and parts of Northern Ontario. MacKids Children’s Hospital Foundation
MacKids Children’s Hospital is a pediatric and academic health science centre, home to the country’s largest neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) and pediatric mental health program in Canada. Donations support vital equipment, innovative research initiatives, redevelopment of patient care spaces, and the education and training of health care providers so they can do their best work when caring for children.

SickKids Foundation
SickKids is Canada’s leading pediatric centre dedicated to advancing children’s health through the integration of patient care, research and education. Donations to SickKids support Precision Child Health: a movement that aims to understand each child’s health by integrating all the information they share about themselves, from their genetic code to their postal code, to provide individualized care that attends their unique characteristics. With Precision Child Health, we will start to diagnose faster, treat smarter and predict better.

CHEO Foundation
CHEO is a globally renowned pediatric health and research centre with a mission to provide exceptional care and support to children, youth and their families. Your donation will help transform pediatric care at CHEO through The Kids These Days campaign - CHEO’s largest fundraising initiative. Over the next 10 years, CHEO will remodel, transform, and build to adapt to the growing and increasingly complex needs of children and youth.

The Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation
The Montreal Children’s Hospital (The Children’s) is Quebec’s leading centre for the most critically ill and injured children—a place where world-class expertise, innovation, and compassion come together to change—and save—young lives. Affiliated with the McGill University and the McGill University Health Centre, The Children’s is internationally acclaimed for its excellence in pediatric care and research. It delivers highly specialized, life-saving treatments in cardiology and cardiac surgery, neurology and neurosurgery, and emergency medicine. As a provincially designated trauma centre, it is equipped to manage the most complex and urgent cases from across the province. Its unique proximity to adult care facilities creates a rare continuum of care across the lifespan. The hospital is also home to the Centre for Innovative Medicine—the only clinical research centre housed within a hospital in North America—enabling researchers to conduct cutting-edge clinical trials on site and bring tomorrow’s treatments to children today.

CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation
Among the leaders in North America, the CHU Sainte-Justine is an ultra-specialized mother-and-child university hospital centre, carrying the greatest innovations for more than 115 years. It adopts a multidisciplinary approach integrating care, teaching, research, and health promotion.
Affiliated with the University of Montreal, CHU Sainte-Justine can count on seasoned experts in all disciplines, so that one in two children across the province is referred there for specialized care. It is also home to Montreal’s only dedicated pediatric rehabilitation unit, the Marie Enfant Rehabilitation Centre (CRME).

Enfant Soleil and Canada’s Children’s Hospital Foundations (CCHF) share a commitment to advancing pediatric care. While Enfant Soleil focuses on funding healthcare initiatives across Quebec, CCHF supports 13 children’s hospitals nationwide. IWK Foundation
A champion of excellence in health and medicine, the IWK provides quality care to women, children, youth, and families in the Maritime provinces and beyond. The IWK’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) recently underwent a complete transformation that was 100 per cent donor funded. The NICU is a world-class unit, with 38 single-family rooms, where families become an active part of their baby’s care. It is now among the best in the world and has created an environment that recognizes families and the vital role they play in the care and healing of their babies.

Janeway Children’s Hospital Foundation
The Janeway provides excellence in specialized healthcare for Newfoundland and Labrador’s children in a compassionate, supportive environment as the only pediatric hospital in the province.
